As all the items at Dunwell Calligraphy are customised to order, I am unable to accept any returns or offer any exchanges or refunds. Once your order is received, the relevant fragrance or gift products are purchased by me and delivered to my studio to be engraved. Once complete, the newly engraved product will be sent to you or your intended recipient in their original packaging. Please allow two (2) weeks from placing your order to dispatch.
